Ms. Huang is a seasoned patent and trademark attorney with more than 20 years' experience advising clients across the full spectrum of IP services including China and overseas patent applications, patent infringement and validity opinion, IP strategy, trademark applications, trademark invalidation and opposition, trademark licensing and etc.

Ms. Huang has developed considerable technical expertise across electrical, electronic and medical devices, with particular experience in patent drafting and prosecution of applications related to semiconductor devices, semiconductor fabrication tools and techniques, analog & mixed signal electronics, power conversion, battery management, bus architecture, processors, machine-body interface devices, analyte monitoring, and continuous glucose monitoring.

Ms. Huang is also active in the Intellectual Property Court, and runs disputes for her clients, involving patents, trademarks, passing off, database right, confidential information and trade secrets, domain names and copyright.
